BFITS Thailand is recruiting English, math, and science teachers for its network of more than 25 partner schools. Teachers receive a developed curriculum, supplied materials, training, and support from the BFITS team.

Contract: 12-month academic-year contract, with renewal opportunities

Schedule and Responsibilities

  • Approximately 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
  • 15–20 teaching hours per week
  • Classes of approximately 25–35 students
  • Air-conditioned classrooms with LCD projectors and Apple TV
  • Adapt and deliver BFITS teaching resources to meet student needs
  • Maintain grades and assessments in the company’s learning-management system
  • Build positive relationships with students and school staff
  • Attend meetings and professional development during office hours when required

Teachers are expected to turn the supplied curriculum and materials into engaging lessons. Experience with PowerPoint or Google Slides is therefore important.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passport from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
  • Local or national police clearance
  • Basic office and technology skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • ฿42,300 monthly salary
  • ฿500 per overtime hour
  • ฿750 monthly attendance bonus
  • End-of-contract bonus of up to ฿36,000
  • Guaranteed annual cost-of-living increase of at least 3%
