Arun Language Training & Recruitment is seeking an ESL teacher for a well-established language school in Shanghai. The role focuses on engaging English classes for young learners and includes an established curriculum, training, and ongoing support.

Schedule

  • Five working days per week, including weekends
  • Weekday hours of 2:30–8:30 p.m.
  • Weekend hours of 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Approximately 20–22 teaching hours per week
  • Two consecutive weekdays off

Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive English lessons to young learners
  • Follow the school’s curriculum and teaching materials
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment
  • Participate in lesson preparation, training, and school activities

Requirements

  • Native-level English
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent qualification
  • Eligibility for a Chinese Z work visa
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and professional approach

Experience teaching young learners is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of RMB 21,500–25,000 per month
  • RMB 3,500 monthly housing allowance
  • RMB 1,000–3,500 quarterly performance bonus
  • RMB 5,000–15,000 contract-completion bonus
  • RMB 200 per hour for overtime
  • Total monthly package of RMB 25,000–30,000 including allowances and bonuses
