Job Summary

CREST English is directly hiring two native English teachers for 2027 starts at its academy in Geomdan-gu, Incheon. Teachers work weekday afternoons and evenings with classes of no more than eight students, covering kindergarten, elementary, and occasional one-to-one learners. Applicants must already live in Korea and hold a bachelor's degree and TESOL or TEFL qualification, with young-learner experience preferred. Compensation is ₩3.2–₩3.6 million per month including housing support, plus health insurance, pension, severance, paid vacation, and eligible E-2 visa sponsorship.

CREST English is expanding its teaching team in Geomdan, Incheon. One position begins in March 2027, while a second is expected to begin in June or September depending on staffing needs.

Schedule and Classes

Monday–Friday, 1:00–8:10 p.m.
Five 50-minute classes per day
A 40-minute one-to-one lesson may be included on some days
Maximum of eight students per group
Kindergarten and elementary classes, plus one-to-one learners ranging from kindergarten to adults
Regular academic lessons Monday–Thursday and activity-based classes or Speech Days on Fridays

Requirements

Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree
TESOL or TEFL qualification
Currently residing in South Korea
Previous Korean teaching experience, young-learner experience, and teaching qualifications are preferred

Salary and Benefits
