Colegio Euroamericano is expanding its primary team for the 2027 school year. The position focuses on Grades 4–6 in a bilingual or international-school environment and values inquiry-based, inclusive teaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or licenciatura in Primary Education, or a related degree with a recognized teaching qualification
  • At least three years of primary teaching experience, preferably in Grades 4–6 and at a bilingual or international school
  • English proficiency at B2+ or higher; C1 is preferred
  • Knowledge of IB PYP or a similar inquiry-based and concept-driven program; prior PYP experience is highly desirable
  • Skill in lesson planning, formative assessment, differentiation, and inquiry-based learning
  • Experience supporting diverse learning needs with inclusive teaching strategies
  • Strong classroom-management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and classroom technology
  • Openness to feedback, instructional coaching, and ongoing professional development
